The Dawning of the New:
A Season of change is in the atmosphere. Change can be chaotic and traumatic when you've secured yourself in the familiar. The human brain thrives off patterns. Even toxic patterns are a source of stability and offer some security.
This is what makes change seem so traumatic because the brain resists it in the beginning. Therefore, it is imperative to have a security system in place that does not change. The brain doesn't resist the night because it's had enough experience to expect the day in a few hours.
The brain will resist change, but change is an announcement that something new is coming. During these times of uncertainty and change, make an intentional decision to spend more time with the LORD. Allow HIS WORD to be the stability of your life. Have a living experience with the words written therein. In it, you will find the Grace to Embrace every single change you must Face.
